Implementation • Weeks 1 – 3 – Test & Migrate Bismarck-Fargo ATMs to RPR • Week 4 & 5 – Burn-in time for RPR, Prep for PSD migration • Week 6 & 7 – Migrate PSD • Week 8 & 9 – Migrate I2 and prep for K12 • Week 10 & 11 – Migrate K12 • Week 12 - 15 – Migrate K12 Video • Week 16 - 18 – Prep & Migrate State • Weeks 19 – 21 – Prep & Migrate HE

  4. Current Risks/Issues • DCN power not installed as scheduled

  5. Good News • All of the equipment ordered has arrived • Configuration & testing is will be complete before implementation. • Video migration underway • Still believe we can complete by the end of the calendar year.
