Electronic Offers and Modifications • For portfolio, 28.2% of mods and 39.5% of offers were electronic in April 2010 • For MSC, 7% of mods and 32% of offers were electronic in April 2010 • Goal: 100% of GSS offers and modifications are electronic by October 1, 2010 • Having valid digital certificate is critical • Two contract negotiators with exact name match on contract ensures continuity

  3. RAM I Mods • Available today –enables quick turn around on administrative modifications which comprise 20% of incoming mods. Submitted through emod. • Contract Admin (CCR) • Phone number (CCR) • Fax number • Web URL • E-mail address • Authorized Negotiator (must have one valid negotiator with digital cert) • Delete labor category • Delete product • Delete Special Item Number (SIN) Temporary Price Reductions

  10. Scanning of Existing Paper files • FAS is migrating from paper to electronic contract files • Requires indexing, scanning and acceptance of scanned documents. • Multi-year project to convert existing files
