  3. 1) ESCENARIO INICIAL: Muy heterogéneo … 1) PACS de diferentes fabricantes (distintas herramientas de diagnóstico e incluso integraciones particulares) Imagen no radiológica 3) La imagen no radiológica con formatos diversos (incluso propietario) Distribuida en islas de información Oftalmológica, Ginecológica, Endoscópica, … 2) La comunicación para el envío y recepción de imágenes entre nodos definidas dos a dos Islas de información Formatos diversos GIMD – GESTIÓN DE IMAGEN MÉDICA EN LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA

  4. 2) OBJETIVOS: 5 puntos clave 1) Repositorio centralizado de imagen diagnóstica homogéneo para toda la Comunidad Valenciana 2) Uso estándar de cualquier modalidad emisora (también no radiológica) 3) Diagnóstico a distancia (telemedicina) 4) Fomentar estudios de I+D € € 5) Economías de escala GIMD – GESTIÓN DE IMAGEN MÉDICA EN LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA

  6. 1 PAS por centro: Cachés locales de flujo de trabajo en local y sistema de contingencia con 2 años PAS COMUNI- DADES 3 PACS: Instancias de BBDD apuntando a la imagen del PAS local , repartidas en 3 comunidades lógicas Centro de Informática Av. Campnar CPD1 1 VNA: Consolidación de toda la imagen a nivel regional (visibilidad autonómica) CPD2 • CPD 2 nodos redundados: • Redundancia de los 3 PACS de comunidades a nivel Base de Datos • Redundancia del VNA Hospital La Fe 3) SOLUCIÓN: Arquitectura GIMD – GESTIÓN DE IMAGEN MÉDICA EN LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA
