What we all have in common in Europe

1. Short introduction of the history

  • Started 8 years ago with a small team (FonsBos, Wieger de Jong and Erik Hagebeek)

  • The first challenge: how can I remain teaching while being abroad.

  • Main goal: try to experiment with as much web applications as possible

Teaching abroad (or at home)

2. Possibilities and Impossibilities of video/web conferentie

Content of the lessons

  • Creating a truly European Learning environment on School

  • Within a variety of subject there are similarities between national curricula

  • Much more students interact with transnational peers

Some simple rules

  • Zorgervoordat je minimaal 1 web conferentiehebtgehad met je transnationalecollegavoordat je begint met een web conferentie met leerlingen

  • Weesruim op tijd met het plannen van een web conferentie

  • Maakgebruik van klassen met leerlingen van dezelfdeleeftijd en dezelfdeinteresses

  • Probeereen vast moment in de week aftesprekendatgeschikt is voorbeidescholen

  • Zorgervoordat de inhoud van de web conferentie is ingebed in het curriculum van de school

  • Maak het zointeractiefmogelijkvoor de leerlingen

  • Maakaltijdgebruik van de hulp van een ICT expert
