  19. Published Issues Once published, all attached files are available for use in Teamcenter However, the session file on published visual issues still relies on the original JT data stored in Community. JT data is not transferred to Teamcenter

Enterprise Site Level Licensing New feature within Community that: • Enables license enforcement for community functionality • Uses FlexLM integration to check for user license counts • Administrative abilities: to manage & view license usage within the community farm • Supports ability to bulk load licenses • Supports adding LDAP groups to license list • Combines existing Service Level lists with the new License list to provide a single point of configuring a user’s access

  26. Enterprise Site Level Licensing Attempt to access Community specific functionality receive a message that they do not have a license to access the functionality and are provided a link to request the required license

Enterprise Site Level Licensing Central Admin License List: • User’s request entered into a Central Administration list • By default request will be granted for immediate access to the functionality • Default status can be modified - requests can be designated as Pending or Inactive upon request • Administrator then can activate licenses to allow access • Once a user has been granted an active license they have access to ALL Community functionality

  28. Simple Search for Teamcenter Quick Search • New sub node “Quick Search” available that will display Quick search options defined on the Teamcenter unified server • Item ID, Item Name, Dataset Name, Key Word • Save Searches under this node • Modify, rename and delete saved searches
