  3. Our Mandate The African Ministry Council on Science and Technology (AMCOST) and - Water AMCOW has taken forward this initiative through the NEPAD Office of Science and Technology (OST) – Cairo Resolution, 2006) AMCOW www.nepadwatercoe.org
