Following Condition needs to be fulfill while uploading FQR. Repair solution is not available with the ASC. Problem has been resolved by ASC once but repeating same problem after some time. Repair solution is available with ASC but number of complain for same problem are
FQR FQR.Example 1 –
No call log
When call log is full i.e. when it reaches to 90, then if you receive new calls, only the last call is saved in call log. Ideally the older call logs should get deleted to accommodate recent calls, but here the older call logs doesn't get deleted & only the last dialed gets saved in call log. At the same time if a missed call comes, it is not visible in the call log
1. If the software is upgraded or if the call log is deleted manually then the problem gets resolved but it repeats again after 4-5 days of usage when the call log again reaches to full.
2. Checked with the new (ASC stock) PCB same problem observed.
FQR FQR.Example 2 –
Phone reboots intermittently.
Go to Gallery --> Open videos --> Play a video --> While playing a video, missed call comes --> Go to missed call history --> Dial the missed call number --> Phone reboots
1. Formatted the card & Upgraded the software, but issue not resolved.
2. Checked with the New PCB(ASC Stock) Same problem found.
