Establish a Steering Committee • Report directly to the Chancellor and EVC/Provost • Charge three workgroups to develop recommendations to improve: • Communication • Recognition • Career Opportunities • Provide recommendations to the Chancellor and EVC/Provost
Three Workgroups • Communication, Recognition, and Career Opportunities • Chaired by vice chancellors • Composed of a cross-section of staff • Focus groups will be utilized
