  2. Who We are • We are a group of local comedians that are offering companies an opportunity to advertise their business at local comedy shows. • Local Laughter was founded in 2008, and we have served over 70 companies in the Bakersfield Area

  3. Our Mission statement • Our mission is to serve the small business owners in the Bakersfield are. We strive to maintain a great working relationship with those companies who advertise with Local Laughter and the local community. We strive to bring great business practices and entertainment to the local community

  4. The advantages of advertising with Local Laughter • Cost efficient • You can advertise to over 500 people at a single show • Your company will be advertised on various websites • Your company will be contributing to the local economy

  5. Our current venues for comedy shows • Empty Space Theatre • The Dome • Spotlight Theatre • Randolph’s Lounge • Fireman’s Hall • Ally Cat Theatre

Our roster of Comedians • Russ Mcgaffin- Has been doing comedy for 15 years • Brian Ross- Local up and coming comedian • Joe A.- featured in Mas magazine and Bakotopia • Chase Brockett- 5 year comedian • Dane Forst- A local favorite • Bobby D- Just signed with Local Laughter • Phillip Medina- a Latino favorite

  7. Standing O news letter • Standing O is a newsletter published by local laughter. Standing O features news on up coming shows. We also write features on the local companies that are advertising with Local Laughter • Standing O circulates to over 2000 people in Bakersfield. Our newsletter is also emailed to over 5000 people in our mailing list

  8. Bringing the stars to Bakersfield and your company • Our company has been known for bringing famous comedians to Bakersfield. • The prices to advertise at a “headliner” event do not change • This allows local companies to advertise at a comedy show that has the potential to draw 5,000+ audience members

Some of the comedy stars we have brought to Bakersfield • Gabriel iglesias- Comedy central King • Lavell Williams- 2005 winner of Last Comic Standing • Ray Ramono- Star of Everybody Loves Raymond • Gerry Bednob- From the movie 40 year old Virgin • Cedric the Entertainer- From Kings of Comedy • Carlos Mencia- From the Mind of Mencia

  10. Free tickets • Your company will also be given 5 free tickets to the show that is being sponsored • You will have VIP seating at the event that is being sponsored

  11. Announcements • Every show has a break time for sponsors. • Every sponsor has a 30 second plug during intermissions • Announcements normally include sales, location, service, and product promotion

  12. Coupons • Standing O, the Local laughter newsletter, will also include any coupons for products that you may want to get out to the general public • After sponsorship of every four comedy shows, your company will get free advertising space at the comedy show of your choice
