Assumptions • All assessments and courses will be offered to all interested, free of charge, free of IP infringements • A non-profit organisation (like ESHA, ?) will act as a host organisation and manages the web site and learning platforms • The assessments and courses will be offered in a Wikispace portal, not in a LMS

The basics Target audiences: • School heads and teachers in secondaryeducation • Preferablythosewho are interested in innovation • Innovation networks • Training and consulting partners Focus: Helping schools overcomeresistance to change. The goal: enable educational leaders to establish a holding environment; environment in which teachers and leaders are encouraged to experiment, share their thoughts and feel safe to communicate successes and failures Deliverables: self assessment tools and courses

Phase 1: Preparing the roll out (March 2013 – December 2013) Getting the basics right ESHA focus: • Previousslide (target audience, message, etc) • Deliverables: • The logo • A short video to explain the project • A project portal • The web site (functional, UI design, Text) • Project brochure and flyer (in French, Greek, Lithuanian, Portuguese) • Press releases (in French, Greek, Lithuanian, Portuguese) • Project Newsletter (in French, Greek, Lithuanian, Portuguese) • A structured database of dissemination and networking contacts National partners: • Write a short local dissemination plan  update local activities scheme in dissemination plan • Identify dissemination and networking contacts

Phase 2: Targeted communication (March 2013 – March 2014) Engage enablement parties ESHA Focus: • Innovation groups, • European School Heads + Teachers association, • Influential lecturers and • possibly the training and consulting partners. National partners: • Engage possible partners • Lecturers, training and consulting partners?

  6. Phase 3: Broad Communication (November 2013 – November 2014) ESHA focus: • Stuckness focus on ESHA web site • 4 publication in the ESHA magazine: 17000 subscribers • final event in Croatia (October 2014): 600 attendees National partners: • 3 Scientific peer reviewed articles • Seminars in Ireland, UK, Portugal and Lithuania • Presence on school heads and teacher fairs • Follow up on line event with participants of seminar • Present at leading events: hand out leaflets; speaker slots? • Write 1 article for the ESHA Magazine • Send out press releases
