WHAT IS THE TALENTSCOTLAND GRADUATE PLACEMENT PROGRAMME? • Want to gain valuable, tangible work experience following graduation? • Our graduate placement programme offers you an opportunity to work on a short-term project with an established business or social enterprise • Projects last from three months to one year and must be quantifiable and measureable • You receive a minimum salary of £16,000 (pro rata) whilst on your placement • You will attend bespoke residential business training • Participating businesses are dynamic, growth-oriented and located across Scotland, within the private and voluntary sectors.

HOW DOES IT WORK FROM HERE? • The programme is open to all graduates who: • Have graduated at degree or postgraduate level from a higher education institution within the past 4 years • Are not studying full-time • Have up-to-date visa documentation, if required • Have strong English language skills appropriate to a business environment • Have no more than 1 year’s relevant (graduate level) work experience since the last qualification. • View all our current vacancies and apply at: • www.talentscotland.com/gppgraduates
