Overview of Concept • Proposed Solution • Central Ideas: • Revise/Create New Joint Training Processes • Strengthen the Joint Training Global Environment • Train and educate the Total Force to develop an intuitively joint culture that understands unprecedented situations early and innovates effective solutions rapidly • Train and integrate a dispersed, modular joint force that integrates its operations with other government and non-governmental agencies and organizations • Train and educate a responsive joint force that is interdependent, collaborative, agile, learning, adaptive and innovative in the face of unprecedented challenges
