Liaison Plan • Short term: To address SDO requests in a timely way • Two drafts in WG last call now • Long term: To enable SDOs to meet their needs in a scalable way • Not all SDO-required AAA work can be completed in the IETF • Standardization in multiple SDOs is becoming less viable as cost cutting proceeds • IETF to focus on protocol changes, extensions with widespread appeal • RADEXT WG to assist SDOs in doing their own work
