National Adult Training Board • Autonomous authority • Tripartite structure: 5 central public administration, 5 trade unions, 5 employers associations • 1 president nominated by prime minister at the proposal of the ministry of labor and the ministry of education • 1 Technical secretariat with 75 employees coordinated by a general director

National Authority for Qualifications • The most important role in National Qualification Framework development • Methodological coordination of the sectoral committees • Administration of the National Register of Qualifications • Administration of the Data Bases with occupational standards and assessment centers • Administration of the National Training Providers Register • Development of methodologies for standard development

Sectoral committees • 23 sectors • Created based on a Tripartite Agreement (trade unions, employers associations, government) • Composition: trade unions, employers associations, professional associations, sectoral authorities • Attributions: approval of qualifications, training promotion, advisory for training strategies

  11. Achievements • Coordination of 42 county commissions for training providers authorization • Coordination of 23 sectoral committees • Administration of a National Training Providers Register with 2800 providers • 650 occupational standards • Training of more than 90 sectoral experts for occupational standards development • Consultancy for training providers, competencies’ assessment centers and other bodies and persons from the market
