Today’s Learning Goal: I can analyze the economic conditions of certain countries in Asia in order to determine where humans should settle. Warm-up: Higher Level Question Creation Population Density Map Analysis Jigsaw Notes Exit: Make a decision! Share out via Jamboard.

Directions for Today: East & Southeast Asian Jigsaw • Each group member will be responsible for researching one of the following countries: • Japan • China • Vietnam • Write a few main points about the Land & Climate • Note the population of the country • Write a few main points about the Money & Economy. What type of jobs are prevalent? • When each member is finished, as a group compare your notes and determine which country would be the best location for humans to settle.
