Late Arrivals Students must get a pass from the attendance office if they arrive after the 7:30 bell. The first tardy gets a warning; after that there are increasing consequences (see the attendance brochure, student planner, or website for the list). Absences Parents should call the attendance office if the student will be out sick. They will call you otherwise. A written note must be brought to the attendance office when the student returns to school. See the attendance brochure, student planner, or website for the specific requirements.

  3. Attendance Continued Appointments A note, that includes a phone number for the parent, must be sent in for a student to leave during the day for an appointment. The student must turn the note into the attendance office in the morning as the attendance office will use the phone number to verify the needed dismissal with the parent. College Trips/Vacations These absences must be requested at least 7 days prior to the needed absence. The form is available in the attendance office or on the website.
