  • Sometimes you may also have to take responsibility to work in place of your co worker if they are on holiday.
  • Many individuals would find this challenging and a bit stressful, but there is also a benefit that comes along with it. That is the hourly wage that you would be paid on working overtime.

Outsource Job
  • There are times when a CNA has to work outside any facility. For example, if you are working with the Red Cross, you might as well be sent to many of its branches spread throughout the country where there is high demand of CNA.
  • Another case can be the various project held in different states where you may be needed or the worst case scenario can be a state of war in which you have to travel from place to place depending on where your service is required

  • Now this is what you call challenging hard work. You have to travel and leave your own city for the sake of helping people. These tasks may even take days, even months to complete and may as well require to work maximum hours, so you may find it exhausting as well as stressful, but you can overcome all of this if your are internally motivated.
  • Now these challenges come with the job and they can be very promising if you as a CNA are highly motivated. You can turn these problems into a learning experience.
  • If you can work through them you will definitely feel emotionally satisfied and you can work your way up to a bright future. But if for any reason you are not able to handle them, you might end up running back home.
