  1. VITAMINS AND MINERALS YOUR MOUTH NEEDS Healthy teeth and gums make a healthy mouth. And your dental health is only as good as the foods you eat. A balanced diet is this key to keeping the mouth strong and disease-free. Like any other body, the mouth also needs nourishment in the form of vitamins and minerals. Here are the vitamins and minerals your mouth needs Calcium - Calcium is a key mineral for healthy teeth, strong enamel and straight jawbone. The body needs this minerals for bones and for structural support. You can consume milk, cheese, yoghurt, salmon for calcium.
