With the information you find you will create a Power Point Presentation for your classmates. You will have to include pictures and descriptions. Good Luck! Introduction:Have you heard of the Victorians?

When you have finished, you will present it to your classmates. Each group will be in charge of one topic: Group 1: Social classes Group 2: Work Group 3: Children Group 4: Free time activities Group 5: School Group 6: Clothes

Top Introduction Task Process Resources Evaluation Conclusion Process • Find 2 partners to form your group. • Ask the teacher to tell you the topic you will focus on. • Find information about your topic. Use the web sites in “Resources” or find your own information on the Internet or in books. • When you have chosen the information you will use, write a description of the most important aspects and include pictures that illustrate your description. You must use your own words for the description. • Prepare your Power Point Presentation. It should not be more than 15 minutes long, so you need to be concise in your descriptions. • Present the topic to the class. • After you have watched all the presentations do the following quizz.

Were the descriptions written using your own words or did you copy what the sources said? Did you transform the information used in such a way that it fit our purposes? Does the presentation contain irrelevant information? Is the presentation clear and complete and attractive? Did you used illustrations that corresponded to the descriptions? Did you finish the presentation on time? Did you participate in any of your classmates’ presentations by asking questions or making comments? Did you answer most of the quizz correctly?
