DEVIATIONS • The under spending for the 1st quarter is mainly under the Transfers and Subsidies. • The Department has put in place stricter control measures to ensure that funds which are transferred to the entities under the DoC portfolio are utilised for their intended purposes. • Such measures includes implementation plans and progress reports on how the previous transfer was utilised.
