  2. Elizabeth Souther Fun Facts • There is an Elizabeth and there is a Souther, but there is not an Elizabeth Souther. • We wrote our first policy in December 2003, today our annual billed premium exceeds 42 million dollars. • We are 100% paperless, all information is document imaged. We do not have “files”. • Casual Chicken Friday was expanded to include all pets under 200 pounds. We may have to increase the weight limit to accommodate Felix. The building management loves us. • If you are a client of ours, we have your picture on our wall. Nik write the captions. • We lost a customer in 2004. They are coming back January 1, 2007. • 99.7 % of our revenue is derived from California. Please do not tell me we are not local.

  6. ESIG exclusive EPLI policy( With wage and hour violation defense sub limit of $100,000 ) • Wage and hour violations are excluded from your employment practices policy. Trust me. • Our new EPLI program contains a $100,000.00 defense sub-limit for wage and hour violations including meal and rest break suits. • The policy also covers sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination and retaliation claims. • This coverage is inexpensive. • You are 5 times more likely to take a wage an hour suit than a discrimination suit in 2008. 5 times, do the math. • Short form application on desk, quote in 5 days.
