  2. OUTLINE • Development Phase • Ontology • ScreenShots of Protégé and SWOOP • Small Demonstartion of Jambalaya • Conclusion • References

  3. Development Phase • I have used the full version of Protégé 3.2 which is about 73,3 Mbytes including all suitable plug-ins and standart API of Protégé for implementing this ontology. • Also I have tried my code on SWOOP 2.2.1 with its ontology interface for controlling my code on different softwares. • I have used Protégé because its API is very user friendly and defining classes, properties, individuals and relations between these things are very easy with it.

  4. Development Phase (Contd) • I have searched the subject on different sources and tried to realize the most common approach. • Before starting implementation phase of the ontology first of all I have draw up preliminary sketch of structure on papers.

  5. Development Phase (Contd)(Implementation) • The classes and their subclasses are defined by using the “OWL Classes” tab. • Then the properties are defined using the “Properties” tab. • At the end I have specified the individuals by using the “Individuals” tab.

  6. Ontology • In this subject all of the structure is shaped under only one header that is Club. So i have used only one superclass for the whole ontology named “Club”. • Naturally all of the other classes are connected to this class with subclassOf property of rdfs.

  7. Ontology(Jambalaya Query : Club Structure)

  8. Ontology(Jambalaya Query : Financial Structure)

  9. Ontology(Jambalaya Query : General Administration with Individuals)

  13. Small Demonstration of Jambalaya

  14. CONCLUSION • With this project i have tried to make it easy to get information about the most popular sport branch by using semantic web technology. • This area has a dynamic structure so it is changeable due to the success of the teams. Because of this, the Ontology needs more work for adapting such a dynamic structure.
