How to proceed for BY PASS or OMISSION of calls in BASE PORTS using a FEEDER service This is the case when a vessel must cancel a BASE PORT call and in its replacement is nominated a FEEDER vessel that will export the cargo from the omitted port to another BASE PORTS changing the usual routing. In example consider the case of CC L’astrolabe 638 belonging to SEAS services that cancel the PUSAN regular call in order to recover schedule .
