  12. Academic Technology • Academic Technology Committee – 2nd meeting this week, added Faculty Senate representative • EMS – enterprise scheduling; zero technology issues in Fall 13. • Summerville Intervention - (Faculty Focus)

  13. Support Challenge • Fall 13 – lots changing, especially at Summerville • Service Desk overloaded with calls • D2L version upgrade • New classroom technology – poor training • Email challenges

  14. Summerville Faculty Focus • 3 Days • Monday/Tuesday Afternoon (4hrs each) • Thursday Midday (3hrs) • 7 Teams (Mon/Tues) • 3 Staff Per Team (Leadership/CS/ISS) • AV Team • Visited 161 faculty, left sorry we missed you cards for 98 additional

  16. Feedback/Issues • Exceptionally Positive • Frustrated with Service Desk and D2L • D2L – Requesting More Training • D2L – Grade Book Frustrations • SD – Wait Times Too Long • SD – Would Like More First Call Resolution • Email Updated • Echo360 Installed
