  2. Clayton Perlman Clayton Perlman is a New Jersey real estate developer who has had to ride the rapids of many difficult development projects. He has learned, over the course of his long career, that real estate development is a time-consuming process that is filled with obstacles, any of which can derail a project.

  3. Clayton Perlman By their very definition, development projects mean delivering something that doesn’t already exist on the market. Those that are done well become enviable success stories that please investors and provide the public with something new and viable.

It’s been said that some people go to church and think about fishing, while others go fishing and think about God. One of the attractive things about fishing is that it’s a very democratic sport that doesn’t play favorites. It doesn’t matter whether you are tall or short, strong or not so strong. If you can hold a fishing pole, you can fish.
