  2. Clayton Perlman Residential real estate professional Clayton Perlman is a real estate LLC principal in New Jersey today. Perlman came by his extensive real estate knowledge through his entry into the business early on. The Perlman family has long been part of the real estate world in Florida, where Clayton grew up in Miami. When he came of age, Clayton Perlman joined the family real estate business in the capacity of superintendent, later moving into acquisitions before advancing to home and property development.
