  2. Company Profile Class 3 Components was established in 2012 to serve as a CNC machining division for a local manufacturing company. The company required high quality components, readily available for timely fabrication and delivery. However they continued to come up against poor quality and untimely delivery when trying to rely on outside machine shops. Realizing the need to reverse this negative trend, they identified the need to control production down to the CNC machining. This would ensure the same customer service excellence being provided in other areas of the firm’s manufacturing processes. Class 3 Components invested in top-of-the line, fully automated CNC lathe machines. The company hired skilled programmers who had gone through extensive training for CNC Machining. They developed a quality production process for the production of precision machining and began manufacturing in-house in January of 2012.
