You can also call our Hotmail Customer Support Number 1855-721-1033. We provide the following simple 10 steps to recover your Hotmail Account.

  2. Step 1 Open the home page Outlook.com. Hotmail has changed names to Outlook.com, but it can still be accessed through the Outlook.com sign in page. Ø You can recover your inactive account for up to 1 year since the last time you have logged in. Accounts that have not accessed in over a year will be automatically deleted. Ø After manually deactivating your account, you have 30 days to retrieve and reactivate it before it is permanently deleted.

  3. Step 2 Click the "Can't access your account?" link. This can be found below the Sign Button.

  4. Step 3 Select "I forgot my password" and click "Next".

  5. Step 4 Enter the Hotmail Email address you need to access in the "Microsoft account" field. Fill the Captcha and click "Next" button.

  6. Step 5 Select a verification method. In order to get access to the password reset page, you'll need to verify your identity with Microsoft. There are several methods for doing so, depending on the contact preferences you have set for your account. Ø Email - If you have a recovery email address associated with your Hotmail account, a verification code will be sent to it. You must have previously set a secondary email for your account. Ø Text - If you have a mobile number linked with your account, Microsoft can text you a unique code on that number to verify your identity. You must have linked a phone number with your account when you had access to it. Ø Use an app - Third one is, If you have downloaded the Microsoft Account application, you can use it to generate a unique code to verify your identity. You must have previously set up your account to use this app when you had access to it. Ø I don't have any of these options - This may also be labelled "I don't use these anymore". If you don't have any recovery information associated with your account, you can choose this option to answer a questionnaire that will prove your identity to Microsoft. This method is not guaranteed to work, especially if you can't remember old details about your account. You can also contact to our Hotmail Password Recovery Number 1855-721-1033.

  7. Step 6 Fill out the questionnaire (if necessary). If anyhow you opt the "I don't have any of these" option, you will be required to fill a questionnaire form to prove that you are the owner of this account. This is required for privacy purpose, to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your emails. You will be required to provide an alternate contact email address before you start, but if in case you do not have any alternate contact you can create new one for free.[1] You will be asked some private questions like as previously-used passwords, account creation dates, and other questions about your account details. Must try to answer these questions as accurately as possible. These surveys are reviewed by support staff and matched against records to check for accuracy. Receiving a response may take a few days.

  8. Step 7 Get your verification code. Once you have selected your verification method, retrieve your code to access the password reset page. If you opted the email as the verification method, make sure to check all possible locations for the verification mail, including Spam. If you are using Gmail or Google Inbox, check the "Updates" section.

  9. Step 8 Enter your verification code. As you get the verification code, you can enter it in the code in the box. In case, if you closed the verification page, you can open it again by starting the account retrieval process over again and choosing the same contact method.
