  4. The Capacity Survey Regional Directors emailed the capacity survey package to each OEAS, JC and OTWS-CCM service provider for MTCU defined communities. The package included a covering letter, survey with instructions, and standard Qs and As. The package was posted to the Employment Ontario Parners’ Gateway (EOPG). The survey collected information on an organization’s: • Business profile; • Capacity to delivery the new Employment Services; • Overall organizational capacity; • Additional resources/value-add that they may bring to the EO network. Regional EO offices are currently reviewing the surveys, validating information, and develop regional transition plans to roll-up the analysis/recommendations for future service delivery network.
