  1. Uploading videos to theCloud Drive NHS South Central

  2. Upon clicking the “ENTER CLOUD DRIVE” icon you will be taken to the one.com home page. Click on the icon for ‘Cloud Drive’.

  3. In the login window that pops up, enter the email address and password that you have been given.

  4. You will then be taken to a page like this. This is the ‘homescreen’ of the cloud drive. To upload a video (or any file), click on the ‘Upload’ button. Browse for your file in the window that pops up just as you would if attaching a file to an email. Then click ‘open’.

  5. Naming your file Please save your file as the first two letters of your institution’s name, followed by the six digit date of the day the video was taken. Eg: if you work in Oxford and took the video on 24th July 2012, then save it as OX240712 This both gives a date record of the data and avoids everyone trying to upload a file called ‘Case 1’!

  6. For the purposes of the tutorial a picture file named ‘polyp’ was uploaded. Your file will be visible. Click the little box on the left.

  7. Then scroll down to the bottom of the mini-screen on the right-hand side of the page. At the bottom you will see a link named ‘Share with others’. Click on it.

  8. A box will pop up with a long line of already highlighted text. This is the link you need to share your file with your colleagues. Copy it (CTRL C), and then paste it (CTRL V) into the body of an email. Then send this to your colleagues. They will all be able to view your file.

  9. Note: • The administrator of the site will delete files as they become outdated in order to preserve storage room on the cloud • Do not share your access username or password with anyone else
