  2. 1. Resolve need for mirror plates: - new coil arrangements and spec; - new 2D layouts; - transmit new ratings to PSup group; - resolve new power supply requirements. but: - does not affect pole profiles; - existing quality work still useful.

  3. 2. Refine gradient quality in both types: - probably wider D pole needed; - refine mesh to obtain better model resolution; - obtain good optimisation for F and D; - produce 3D field map for particle tracking.

  4. 3. Proceed with procurement of prototypes; - providing we are happy with pole widths, we do not need to wait for final pole geometries and chamfers.

  5. 4. Injection and extraction magnets and power supplies: resolve parameters with: - new vertical aperture; - lower kick amplitudes (60 m radians?); - evaluate new (lower!) PSup ratings; - discuss common magnets for injection/extraction.
