  1. All About LGBTQ Right in the USA LGBTQ means lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning. It has been seen that people from the LGBTQ community always have been discriminated in housing, jobs, education, and health care. This is due to the withdrawal of state sodomy laws and anti-lesbian and gay restrictions. In this blog, we have shared our views regarding what are amendments to be done in LGBTQ rights in the USA. ●Safe and Bais Free Schools: today, it is required to make some changes in the LGBTQ rights in the USA to offer a safe and bias-free environment to the LGBTQ students. It is necessary for defending their free speech in school. ●Non-discrimination laws: LGBTQ rights in the USA must be improvised for offering local and federal non-discrimination laws. It should be also noted that religious beliefs cannot be used to justify a bias. ●Non-discrimination laws for parents: there are several restrictions in the rights of LGBTQ people to parent. These must be laws must be improvised. ●Immigration system: it is required to change the immigration system to recognize same-sex relationships. This includes marriages, domestic partnerships, and long-standing relationships. The rules should be made similar to the heterosexual relationships in approving visas, residency, and citizenship. Today, there have been a lot of discrimination going on with transgenders in the USA such as disqualify most transgender people from serving in the US military.
