  1. SHC Lab Report Guidelines • Follow the usual class lab report guidelines. (you should all of downloaded them previously) • However there are some differences with this lab report. • The title will read “To measure the..........”

The title will read “To measure the..........” • Introduction : What were we trying to do in this lab, also mention applications of SHC, Plus any other information you feel is applicable e.g. The equipment used, The expected value, how we calculated Q etc. • There is no question for this investigation. • However you can make a prediction of your expected results. • Mention Safety concerns. (Ask Flavia about this – she is he lab safety officer).

  3. In your procedure you should say we connected the circuit as per the diagram: (use the diagram below). Also list the steps you used to gather data etc. • Full accurate equipment list. • Results will show ALL of your calculations. (show me the formulae you used and your figures – not just answers). • Conclusion – compare your results to the expected value. • Discussion – mention STE application, improvements, future experiments etc.
