  2. The Rules Welcome to The Vocabulary Challenge!!! Here’s how to play: First, your teacher will divide the class into two teams and a coin will be flipped to see who goes first. The winner of the coin toss chooses the first question. A representative from each team will stand up to compete for that question. The first to buzz in and answer correctly earns one point for their team. The game will continue until all the questions are answered. The team with the highest number of points wins! Good Luck!!

  11. Shy Choice #1: of, relating to, or characteristic of mankind. Choice #2: reserved or ill at ease with other people; bashful.

  12. Patrol Choice #1: extremely sharp; able to cut readily and finely. Choice #2: to move regularly and repeatedly along or through (a route, building, or area) for the purpose of maintaining security and order.

  13. Partner Choice #1: a person associated with another in a common activity; associate. Choice #2: any of five ways to perceive, namely touch, smell, taste, sight, and hearing.
