  1. Women in STEM Making Presentations That Stick Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) fields have long been dominated by men, with women historically underrepresented. However, it is vital to encourage and inspire girls to pursue STEM education and careers. Females aren’t considering technology careers as they aren’t given enough information on what working in the sector involves and also because no one is ready to provide it as well. Despite all of the barriers to having gender diversity in the tech industry, there are ways to close the gender gap, such as providing more information on what working in the sector involves and increasing inclusivity in the workplace. By dismantling gender stereotypes, providing access to resources and mentorship and fostering a supportive environment, we can create a future where women thrive and contribute to the exciting world of STEM.
