Orders (Consent Agenda) • Order accepting bid for Henderson Avenue Bridge Truss Bearing Replacement contract to Carl Belt, Inc. at an estimated unit price of $298,105.00. • Order authorizing the execution of Change Order No. 4 with Alex E. Paris Contracting Company, Inc. to decrease the Evitts Creek Pump Station CSO Upgrades Project Phase 1A by $92,896.32. Total contract price $2,088,697.68. • Order authorizing the Chief of Police to accept a GOCCP Body Armor Replacement Grant in the amount of $2,700.00 requiring a 50% match for the replacement of outdated body armor vests.

Orders (Consent Agenda) • Order authorizing the Chief of Police to accept a GOCCP Overtime Patrols and Public Awareness Grant for FY12 in the amount of $10,000.00 for police overtime to enforce school bus safety laws and provide public service announcements through local media. • Order accepting the proposal of IA Construction Corporation to perform work on the Kelly Road Improvements Project under terms of the Allegany County Contract No.. ACRD-11-1 in the estimated unit price of $208,016.65 • Order authorizing the re-execution of a Quitclaim Deed for the transfer of a portion of Thomas Street to the Cumberland Outdoor Club, originally approved by Ordinance No. 3623 on August 12, 2008.
