  8. ‘Who I am’ is a (very) complex and ever changing equation. But, in the end, it’s mostly what we do (or don’t do), our decisions

  13. #3 It’s always possible to change (don’t be a coherency corpse)

  15. More simply, if spaghetti then always ask yourself: If I was x+40 years from now, what would I like to have decided (and done) now?
