  3. STARTING SDS

  4. STARTING SDS • The program will load automatically when the phone is turned on. • Or, press either button to load the program

  5. STARTING SDS • Or, if the phone is on, and the program is not loaded • Go to “Java Apps” screen and highlight the “S” • Press the “OK” button to load the program

  6. LOGGING IN • Enter your driver number here • Enter your vehicle number here • No one else will be able to enter either number if you are already logged in • Press the “Login” button to enter SDS

  7. NEW MESSAGES • Read any new messages that appear after logging in • To clear the messages press the “Clear Msg” button

  8. THE HOME SCREEN • From this screen you will be able to access all other menus • Menu items • #5 – Stand Status • #6 – GSR • #9 – Cashiering (not used at this time) • Are not used by the drivers

  9. HOME MENU "My Trips"

  10. Home Menu #1 – My Trips • Selecting this option will display your current trips

  11. Time Assigned # of stops / Pax Stops assigned to current trip MyTrips • This is the display of your stops on your current trip • This message will appear after selecting “My Trips”

  12. My Trips Scroll down to view the rest of the details • When you select “Options”, the details of the highlighted stop will be displayed

  13. Home Menu #1 – My Trips Sub Menu • After selecting “Options” you are presented with another menu

  14. My Trips - Sub Menu • #1 - Trip Details – displays trip information

  15. My Trips - Sub Menu • #2 -Update Status – allows you to: • On Site • Greet • Board • Drop-Off

  16. My Trips - Sub Menu • #3 - Credit Card – allows you to manually enter credit card information • Must have a trip assigned

  17. Enter Minutes Here My Trips - Sub Menu • #4 - Send Call Out – Alerts dispatch that you need a call out to inform the guest that you are running behind

  20. My Trips - Sub Menu • #7 – View Map • Allows you to view your current location • Or, can be used to show your current stops location

  22. Home Menu #2 – Send Vehicle Stat • Selecting this item will open a sub menu

  23. Main Vehicle Status Menu • “Log into Stand” – is used for Ecar only

  24. Vehicle Status #2 – Log Into Holding Lot • When you are in a holding lot (LAX, SNA, BUR, LGB, ONT) select this item to show the airport dispatcher that you are available for business from the port

  25. Log Into Holding Lot • Arrow down to highlight “submit” and press select to assign your airport • In the “Airport” field, press OK to open the choice menu • Arrow down to choose your airport and press OK

  26. Log Into Holding Lot • Once logged into the port, this message is displayed

  27. Vehicle Status #3 – Make Available • Once you are clear in the field, choose this item to make yourself available for field work

  28. Make Available • This is the message that is displayed after making yourself available

  29. Vehicle Status #4 - Inbound • This is used to show dispatch that you have all your guest on board and you are heading to the port

  30. Inbound • This is used to show dispatch that you have all your guest on board and you are heading to the port

  31. Vehicle Status #5 - Outbound • This is used to show dispatch that you have all your guest on board and you are outbound from the port

  32. Outbound • Enter your outbound information for the dispatcher

  33. Outbound • This is the confirmation message

  34. Vehicle Status #6 – Make Unavailable • This is used to show dispatch that you need a break and that you are unavailable for business

  35. Make Unavailable • Choose one of the items to make yourself unavailable for business

  37. Vehicle Status #7 – ETA to Clear • This is used to show dispatch your ETA to clear your final stop

  38. Vehicle Status #8 – View Map • Shows map of you current GPS location

  40. Messages • Selecting this item will bring up all the messages sent to phone during your current shift

  41. Messages • From here you will be able to read all messages sent to your phone • Pressing select will open the message

  42. Messages • The message details are displayed after pressing “select” • Press “MSGS” to exit back to the message display screen

  44. Home Menu #4 – My Status • This will verify your status / position in the system

  45. My Status • This is the message that is displayed after selecting “My Status”

  47. Home Menu #7 – Credit Card • Use this option to manually enter guests credit card information

  48. Credit Card • Use this item to enter guests card information

  49. Credit Card • Your Confirmation message • Record the last 7 (seven) digits on your trip sheet
