AboutDigital Dissertation Consortium • DDC is one of the largest consortium of English dissertations and theses in Taiwan and Hong Kong. • Since 2001, the total amount of dissertations is over 150,000, and increase more than 14,000 articles per year. • Major disciplines include: • Computer Science • Electronics & Electrical Engineering • Business Admin. Management • Political Science • Mechanical Engineering • Higher Education • Clinical Psychology • Finance

  3. New Platform features • Provide the total amount of dissertations, recommended titles, the latest uploaded dissertations and top 10 dissertations • Quick Search • Direct Export to RefWorks • Search ResultFilter • Browse Dissertations

  4. Quick Search Displays the total amount of dissertations and amount of each year Provides recommended dissertations. New Platform－Home Page New Function New Function Displays the latest uploaded dissertations.

  5. New Platform－TOP Dissertations New Function Provides Top 10 dissertations.

  6. New Quick Search bar Quick Search Enter your keyword and the system will return the relevant results.

  7. Click Search You can search in specific fields. Provides Boolean operators. narrow your search by collection institutions, graduated year, or procurement year. Search Dissertations

  8. The total amount of records screen the results by year. Display Options 1.Sort by 2.Items per page Mark the dissertations to save, print, email or to export the records. narrow the results by graduated school, graduated year, author, classification and subjects. Search Results

  9. Export－Direct Import to RefWorks 4 2 1 • Mark articles • Click “Export” • The window of related information will pop up • Click “Direct ImportRefWorks”

  10. Export－Export RIS File Click “Export RIS File” to download RISfile. RIS file supports citation manager such as RefWorks, EndNote, ProCite.

  11. Click Classification and select a subject, like business. Search ResultsFilter－Classification The system will filter the results by the selected classification.

  12. Search Results– Highlight Keywords arehighlighted. Link to PDF full text, Abstracts or Recommend.

  14. Back to search results. To save, print, email or to export the current page. Provides the dissertation bibliographicinformation. Bibliography& Abstract

  15. Click Browse Browse bytitle, author, graduated school. Browse byalphabetical order. Browse Dissertations New Function Browse by (procurement) year. Display by Lists or Tables.

  18. Click History By Boolean operators, you can refine your search. Re-browse results, search or delete the record. Display the Number of Results Search History
