Goals for 2011-2012 • Improve COMMUNICATION with the student body • Maintain strong connection with all UNIVERSITY OFFICES • Enhance ACCESSIBILITY of the SA: • Serve as student forum • Increase active participation from all students • Empower students to take INITIATIVE on campus-wide issues • Enhance COLLABORATION with residential colleges and student organizations

Engage Students & Colleges • Residential colleges: sharing “Best Practices” • Intellectual Programming, College Courts, Associates Program, Community Standards • Student organizations: • RPC, RSVP, KTRU • Student involvement: • Initiatives: newspapers, alcohol education, Rice in a Box, WikiRICE, Owl List • Committees: Univ Standing Comm, Senior Committee, RMC Renovations
