  2. USASDAT/USASEC • The program module USASEC allows for the entry of a "security profile" for each username. This program affects the USASCN and APPROP programs as well as the following look-up and report programs: • EIEIO, OHUSAS,ACCSTS,ALLSUM,FINSUMM,***SUM, • ***LED, ***WRK, ACTRPT,ACTBAL,PODETL

  3. Security Screen • Menu, USASDAT, Option 2, USASEC. All accounts given oecn_usas access will automatically have a USASEC account created. • Recommended to create default USASEC profile.

  5. Profile Continued • F12 to add in a screen. • Inherit from: If this field is entered then the rest of the profile will be blank. You will need to look up the profile you inherited from to see what options and accounts the user has access too. • Account Filters – You can limit the accounts a user has access too/submit requisitions with.

  6. Account Filter • Read – User can look up the account and see activity • MOD – User can modify this account • ADD – User can add accounts • REQ – User can use this account submit reqs • POS – User can convert req’s to PO’s.
