Let us apply quantization to several sinewaves with several different values of B. These examples were generated using the MATLAB m-files quantt.m and quantr.m. The key statement in the quantization is either. xq = floor(2^(B-1)*x)/2^(B-1);. or,. xq = round(2^(B-1)*x)/2^(B-1);.
