GBA Meetings Overview • Executive Council Meetings: • Weekly, 1 hour meetings • President finalizes the agenda and leads the meeting • VP, Marketing Communications takes meeting minutes • Strategic Planning Forums: • Strategy Session for the Fall and Spring • Need to set a date for SPF IV (Fall) ASAP

GBA Transition Day • Date: Friday, April 2 • Time: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM • Location: W525 • 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM GBA Share and Learns/Q&A • 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM One-on-One Position Breakouts • 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM Lunch/Strategy Session • 1:00 PM – 1:30 PM President & CFO Meeting • 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM President & EVP Meeting

Club Leadership Kickoff • Date: Friday, April 16 • Time: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM • Location: Auditorium • President and EVP run the meeting • CFO presents budget process and announces Budget Day date • VP, Student Activities gives a brief overview on how GBA fits within the entire Emory community • All other GBA are welcome to attend but are not required
