  1. Winter Scene • Follow the cinquain pattern below to build your poem. Brainstorm a list of possible characteristics of winter scenes. Try to include every sense you have experienced outside. • On a piece of construction paper, carefully handwrite or type your poem. Add black line art of the winter scene you picture in your mind. Keep the art simple and in silhouette to enhance the visual winter image .
