  • Know inventory options

    • Myers-Briggs, 4 MAT system, Mind Styles

  • Inventories tell you about people and how they relate to others.

  • Use inventories for self study and reflection

    • Student /Teacher, Teacher/Teacher, Parent/Teacher

  • Different (teacher) personality types have different teaching styles.

    • 6 co-teaching models

  • Familiar teachers are more able to identify the styles of students.

  • Collaborating with varied styles benefits everyone
