  2. KALEMEGDAN • The fort is now one of the most important historical monuments of Belgrade. The complex is the Belgrade Fortress, divided into Upper and Lower Town, and the Kalemegdan park. • Kalemegdan is located at the junction of two rivers Sava and Danube. • This beautiful park is the most visited part by the tourists who come to Belgrade

  3. CHURCH OF SAINT SAVA • Church of Saint Sava is one of the largest Orthodox churches in the world. • Saint Sava (Rastko Nemanjic) was guiding spiritual liders of Serbian people. Before that, he was the Prince of Kingdom of Serbia. • His father, Stefan Nemanjic was the King of Kingdom of Serbia (13th century). His son Rastko left the worldly life and became a monk (spiritual name Saint Sava). After that, very soon, his father also left the worldy life and also became a monk. His spiritual name was Saint Simeon. • Serbian people built this impressive and beautiful temple and named it - HRAM SVETOG SAVE.
