  2. Christophe attended the well reputable Hotel Management School of Strasbourg. He then spent the next several years working in Washington DC at the Willard Hotel and in other Michelin start restaurants in Asia such as Le Mout located in Taichung, Taiwan ranked 24th best restaurant in Asia

  3. Christophe became fascinated at an early age with creating transforming novel meals from traditional Alsatian ingredients.

  4. During his time in Washington DC, he established a thriving personal chef enterprise that served high profile clients from foreign diplomats, foreign royalty, US Government executives, and Fortune 500 CEO’s.

  5. Christophe enjoys crafting one of kind-unforgettable meals and is often inspired from his travels around the world from Southeast Asia and Europe complemented by his French roots. He believes food has no limit to creativity and enjoys the challenge to impress the hardest to please clients
