  2. Ongoing Management Actions • Inactive Hazardous Waste Site remediation of Upper Mountain Road Site • Sediment remediation by US EPA Superfund Program. • Continue coordination with US EPA to ensure that final results fulfill both Superfund and AOC objectives.

  4. Future Work for BUIs • BUI 1. Restrictions on Fish and Wildlife Consumption • Statewide AOC fish toxicity testing • BUI 3 and BUI 5. Degradation to fish and wildlife populations; Bird/Animal Deformities or Reproductive Problems • Mink Study • Post remedial monitoring

  5. Future Work for BUIs • BUI 6. Degradation to Benthos • Re-evaluate benthos • BUI 7. Restrictions on Dredging Activities • Harbor sediment study • Determine what areas of the harbor are included • What disposal activities are acceptable
