What is the authority for creating Administrative Orders? • Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215(b)(1) provides that “the chief judge shall be a circuit judge who possesses administrative ability.” • Florida Rule of Judicial Administration 2.215(b)(2) provides in part that “the chief judge may enter and sign administrative orders, except as otherwise provided by this rule.”
