  5. GENERAL CONCEPT OF THE OPERATION High Level Operational Plans “A” & “B” Planning to Expand @ BNSF Future Home! Note: Plan is focused on our Rail & Transloading division.

  6. BTL’s Mira Loma, CA facility has the capacity to transload 10- 35 rail cars per day. (see maps in appendix) The Mira Loma, CA facility is a unique facility with the amount of rail and space. You will not find many locations with the same rail capacity. BTL transloads and then drays containers at the max allowable weight of 46k lbs per 40FT container. BNSF Benefit: Ability to dray 50k+ lbs Well car options Cost savings with close proximity to ports Notes of Interest @ current BTL location: UPRR dedicated rail lines with ability to switch BNSF cars (at a cost!). Operation A

  7. Search in progress for a second facility in the overweight corridor. If not the overweight corridor a location within 10 miles of the ports. Contingency plan: If location is not acquired BTL will contract with a local firm in the desired location to support the plan. (local firms identified) Operations with current and future BTL facilities: Mira Loma, CA facility will be used primarily for “other” BTL divisions. However, it will also be used as an overflow facility for transloading based on supply & demand. Transport from Mira Loma, Ca at 46k lbs stopping off at the second facility to top off containers to 50k lbs. Continue container dray into the port terminals Operation A – Stage 2 “BNSF Location”

  8. Operation A will be live Operation B will encompass the use of well cars The idea is well cars will be used replacing the need for drayage. Well cars can hold greater lbs per container or the max allowable by the ocean carrier. A well car operation will appeal to local governments and authorities. The elimination of trucking/drayage will reduce traffic and emissions. Strong and serious future leverage. International customers support the planned operation. Notes: This is the intended plan but if this can not be done we are still in a desired location. BTL capital acquired to execute the operational plan. Operation B – “BNSF” Location

  9. Target Markets: China and India (international) International customers in the pipeline Primarily commodity: agricultural 15 – 30 rail cars per day (forecasted) Flexible depending on BTL capacity (scale up or down) Volume / Customer Base
